Rosemary Potato Chips Recipe
Homemade potato chips are always delicious and rosemary is one of fall’s signature herbs. This recipe makes four servings and takes about 10 minutes to prepare and 28 minutes to cook.
Thinly slice 1 ½ pounds of russet potatoes and toss with two teaspoons of chopped rosemary, three tablespoons of olive oil, one grated garlic clove, ¾ teaspoon of salt, and just a pinch of cayenne.
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven at 500F for about 20 minutes until golden. Turn the potatoes over and cook for eight more minutes.
Season with salt, serve, and enjoy.
